Lets Meet…
Are we the right fit?
You’re considering therapy. That’s a big step.
But here’s the thing: not every therapist is right for every person or every couple.
You’re inviting someone into your relationship, into your struggles, into your most vulnerable moments. Chemistry matters. Trust matters.
That’s exactly what an intro session is for.
Get a sense of how I work
It’s a chance for us to meet, for you to get a sense of how I work, and for all of us to figure out if we’re a good match.
No pressure. No commitment. Just honest conversation.
If we click, great—we’ll talk about next steps. If we don’t, that’s okay too. I’ll help you find someone who’s a better fit.
What matters most is that you find the right support for your relationship.
What happens in an intro session?
We’ll talk about what’s going on in your relationship—what brought you here, what you’re hoping for, what feels hard right now.
I’ll explain how I work, answer your questions, and recommend what I think would help most.
You’ll get a feel for my style. I’ll get a sense of what you need.
By the end of your intro session, you’ll have clarity about whether working together makes sense.

During the Introductory Session:

Participation in an Introductory Session does not create any entitlement to follow-up sessions, therapy, or a counseling trajectory.
4. Personal responsibility
All participants take part in the Introductory Session at their own responsibility.
Clients remain fully responsible for their choices, decisions, and actions before, during, and after the session.
The therapist cannot be held liable for decisions made by clients following the Introductory Session.
